Northwest Milwaukee Trails Connection Plan

The Northwest Trails Connection Plan will help Milwaukee County understand where more trails are needed and find places where new trails can go on Milwaukee's Northwest side. this plan will build on previous studies that have proposed trail corridors throughout northern Milwaukee County. Milwaukee County Parks Planning wants your feedback on where and what types of trails should be prioritized. You can learn more and take the survey HERE.

TCMC Intercity Passenger Rail Project

Finally, you've got an opportunity to comment on the TCMC (Twin Cities - Milwaukee - Chicago) Intercity Passenger Rail project. Because bikes, especially bikeshare and trains are a great combination! The proposed project would add a second, daily round-trip passenger rail service along the TCMC corridor as well as improvement to railroad track, at-grade crossings, and signal and communications infrastructure in La Crosse, WI and Winona and La Crescent, MN to enable passenger trains to bypass freight trains. Learn more and submit any comments you have HERE.

We kept it short and sweet so you have time to weigh in on these important issues!
