Bublr Access Pass

The Access Pass program aims to reduce and eliminate barriers to bike access for everyone in the community. Launched in 2016 through a partnership between Bublr Bikes, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM), and the Better Bike Share Partnership, this program is designed to make biking accessible to more people.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a Greater Milwaukee resident

  • Must be receiving government assistance (HACM housing, FoodShare, WIC, Medicaid, or SSI benefits)

  • Must be over the age of 14 (parental consent is needed if under the age of 18)

  • Must be able to provide a form of identification

Benefits:

  • The Access Pass is a FREE annual membership.

  • Provides unlimited 60-minute trips for 365 days. (Docking a bike before the 60 minutes are up will reset the time)

Trips lasting longer than 60 minutes are billed at $0.25/minute.

NOTE:
When signing up online you will need a valid credit or debit card.
(Prepaid cards are not accepted)

A temporary $10 authorization hold will be placed on your card.
