Group Rides
Have a group that wants to explore the Greater Milwaukee Area and see everything this region has to offer? Sign up for Bublr Bikes Group Ride! Skip checking out and worrying if enough bikes will be available for your group, Bublr Bikes will deliver bikes directly to you and pick them up when you are done!
Have a smaller group and just want to make sure there are enough bikes available for you to ride? Reserve A Bike today! You can reserve up to 80% of a stations capacity. Bublr will guarantee there are bikes available for your group!
Pricing
Standard Bublr:
$40/bike for 24 hours, includes a 24-hour pass
Electric Bublr:
$60/bike for 24 hours, includes a 24-hour pass
Delivery & Pickup Info:
On-Site Delivery & Pickup: $50 per 10 bikes
Pickup at Bublr HQ (811 E Vienna Ave): FREE
Additional Info
Small Groups (5 bikes or less)
We can secure up to 5 Bublr Bikes at a station that will be held for your group.
$10/bike and $20/ebike. Payment is due five business days before your rental.
Note: This fee does not include your rental; your group must purchase a pass through the BCycle app or at a Bublr kiosk.
Ride Support
The Bublr van will follow your ride in case of mechanical issues.
$40/hour (including travel time from and returning to Bublr HQ)
Note: We are not allowed to drive on state or local trails, but will be close by on streets.
Bublr Network Support
A Bublr technician will monitor rented Bublr bikes during a set time if your group is unable to dock all their bikes or no dock is in the vicinity.
$20/hour (including travel time from and returning to Bublr HQ)
Ride Guides
If you aren’t familiar with Milwaukee or would like help to keep your group together, Bublr staff can lead and trail your route.
$20/hour per guide (including travel time from and returning to Bublr HQ)
Route Planning
Bublr Bikes employs some of the best bike riders in town and can offer superb route planning when needed.
$10 per route (round trip)
Note: Routes will be available via the Strava app to share with your group.
Terms
A 10% deposit is required to secure the rental date.
Total rental counts are due five business days before the event.
Bublr is unable to provide helmets or bike locks.
If renting as an organization, the organization will be required to take full responsibility for the bike(s) during the rental period.
Lost or stolen bikes will be charged up to $3,500/bike.
No refunds for weather or cancellations will be issued less than five business days before the rental.
We will invoice the hosting organization for the total amount for group rentals. If you wish to have participants pay all or a portion of the rental, that must be done internally with your organization. We are unable to invoice individuals of a group.
