Administrative Assistant

Bublr Bikes is a nonprofit bikeshare operator that works in partnership with local municipalities, businesses and supporters to provide bikeshare to the community through automated stations. The Administrative Assistant will work with Staff to improve and deliver excellent customer service and assist in other administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries – including properly directing customer inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Properly documenting customer service interactions in Bublr’s CRM.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Ability and willingness to learn the Bublr System and pricing structure in order to properly respond to customer questions.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Bublr at events.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Process checks.
  • Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.

Minimum Requirement:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when dealing with customers.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and use Bublr’s CRM and Quickbooks.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • High level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative.

Compensation: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour depending on experience and prior successes.
